Abstract

The authors present the results of the sociological research, which has been conducted by them and which was aimed at health protection of men engaged in rotation work in the Arctic regions. Social regulation of the life of such workers is impossible without taking into account the factors of chronic social stress, one of which is domestic stress. That's why this work is relevant as a scientific basis for the formation of effective social and administrative mechanisms in the Arctic region. The aim of the study was a comparative characteristic of some parameters of domestic stress among men in Tyumen, who are economically active (25-54 years old), and men engaged in rotation work in the Arctic region. The authors have used the questionnaire of the World Health Organization in the own version to study domestic stress. The results of the study showed that more pronounced manifestations of domestic stress were found among men of economically active age (25-54 years old), who have been working on a rotational basis in the gas production complex of the Arctic region for more than five years, in comparison with men in Tyumen in the same age range. These manifestations are an increase in changes in marital status and conflicts in the family.

Abstract

Social distancing, social isolation and self-isolation, which swept the world in 2020, had a serious impact on the perception of the surrounding reality by an individual. Behavioral structures and individual behavior have changed, especially in relation to individual's own health. Studies by foreign authors prove that in many respects physical health during the pandemic turned out to depend on psychological factors, changes in people's habits. The pandemic period opened up completely new problems for Russian society that had not been given so much attention previously. Many of the problems turned out to be insufficiently or completely unexplored. One of such problems was the lack of readiness of the social system for new challenges; in particular, the optimal elements of self-preservation behavior of Russians were not determined. The population of Russia showed a clear unpreparedness both for the very fact of self-isolation and for effective self-preservation behavior. The COVID-19 pandemic had a huge impact on the exacerbation of chronic diseases, the constant postponement of their treatment. The level of responsibility for oneself and one's own health are key indicators that interest researchers in the problem of self-preservation behavior during the pandemic. The aim of the study was to analyze the theory of the question of changing aspects of self-preservation behavior in difficult life periods of an individual. To achieve the goal, the following tasks are set: to study self-preservation behavior as a survival factor, to consider self-preservation behavior in a social context, to highlight the key features of self-preservation behavior during the COVID-19 pandemic. An analysis of scientific literature and secondary analysis of research were used as the following research methods. The results of the study are generalized data and ideas about the need to study the social management of self-preservation behavior during the pandemic. These results can be applied in the development of programs of sociological and psychological research, monitoring to study the characteristics of self-preservation behavior of individual socio-demographic groups of the population.

Abstract

The article is devoted to a comprehensive analysis of the peculiarities of the perception of nursing, which is the most common medical profession in terms of the number of employees in the world, and the image of a nurse in the mass consciousness of Moscow residents. Based on the results of the study, the characteristic features of both the "abstract" image of a nurse as a modern nursing specialist, and also the "concrete" image, saturated with associations formed by the real experience of interaction between patients and nurses, as well as having absorbed various social stereotypes, were identified and summarized. The analysis of the collected information helped to formulate conclusions regarding the current social perception of the profession, as well as to develop practical recommendations and outline the prospects for the development of a positive image of a nurse in the mass consciousness. The current trend in the development of the profession of a nurse in our country is associated with the creation of conditions for the vaster autonomy of nursing staff, the expansion of its functionality. It is important to support this transformation of the profession with competent information campaigns aimed at raising the status of the profession and its prestige.

Abstract

The relevance of the research of the management culture of the automobile center is due to the rarity of the study of such objects. The article discusses the features of both managerial culture and motorization. Management and culture are combined in the phenomenon of managerial culture. In this regard, it's important to simultaneously study managerial and cultural aspects. M. A. Vaskov describes managerial culture most fully as an independent social phenomenon. The scientist presents it in the form of a system of values and methods of managerial activity determined by these values. As for motorization, this problem has been studied rather poorly in Russian sociology. Automation is actively researched in foreign sociology. The sociology of motorization presents new interesting researches in the aspects of consumption, the construction of new life styles and identities, global and local cultural practices, political strategies, human rights and many other aspects. The managerial culture of automobile centers in Russian sociology hasn't been practically studied. The article presents the materials of an empirical study. The materials of the article may be of interest to anyone who is engaged in the study of managerial culture, as well as issues of the sociology of motorization.

The article considers the basic principles of an interaction system between government agencies and territorial communities that communicate in virtual environments.
It is shown that the use of platform capabilities for the information content of the procedures for sociological monitoring of the implementation of the "Smart City" project causes difficulties due to the unresolved issues of synchronization of heterogeneous information flows, especially in terms of coordinating the temporal storage modes of the initial operational information and the databases formed on their basis.

The dynamics of political consciousness and behavior of young people during ongoing political events is of interest. Research materials indicate a low interest of young people in politics, readiness to participate in it, which is largely due to the redistribution of the interests of young people in the direction of personal priorities relevant to the younger generation. It needs a comprehensive analysis of the political orientations and features of the political participation of modern youth, the identification of resources for the inclusion of youth in politics through the development and implementation of its social and cultural components of political potential.
