The article is devoted to the study of theoretical aspects of the management of the development of spaces and territories. To clarify the conceptual approaches, the main ideas are classified according to the provisions specific to each scientific field (sociology, economics, geography, etc.). The synthesis of the characteristics of the category "development management" allows you to focus on the most significant approaches of each science. Among the determinants of the theories there are adaptive management and human potential development (sociology); innovative economy of a single space; the climatic and natural potential of the area (social geography). It is concluded that the unifying beginning of the complex research process of the stated problem is the effective application of social management methods.
The article discusses the key provisions of the concept of social well-being of youth. The conception is intended for its use in the framework of interdisciplinary research carried out in the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug — Ugra. Key provisions of the conception: 1) the concept of social well-being, including the social well-being of youth; 2) the structure of social well-being of youth; 3) factors of social well-being of youth; 4) theoretical and methodological framework for the study of social well-being of youth. The article provides a brief overview of the conceptions of social well-being in foreign and Russian science. The aim of the article is to develop a theoretical research methodology, on the basis of which an empirical methodology could be created, as well as a methodology for conducting an empirical study of different groups of young people, such as working youth, students, unemployed youth, and non-studying youth.
Researchers pay special attention to the problem of parents' attitude to the activity of children and adolescents in the Internet and their influence on this activity. The reason for such detailed study of this issue is the increasing processes of digitalization, including due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We have conducted a survey among high school pupils in Perm region. In this article, based on the data obtained, we create a classification of parenting styles in their stance to pastime of their children in the Internet and identify the factors that determine a particular style of behavior.
The study showed that there are two groups of such factors. One group is the characteristics of children (gender, class, academic performance); the other group is the characteristics of the family (the number of children in the family, family living standards, the availability of digital devices, the use of information and communications technology by parents). The predominant parenting style is the absence of restrictions. At the same time, the use of a restrictive style doesn't lead to a significant decrease in pastime of high school pupils in the Internet.
For the last 200 years humanity reached very high, technological level. Every day we are receiving news about new technologies, inventions and new issues in different categories of human being: from science to education and more. Humanity nowadays connected societally, by entity and we can say that our civilization has common intellect. All this things happened because of constant, continuous connection between people, which is produced by technologies development. Increasing of the technologies level is proportional to the generation changing, today world economy became strong base, which holds every aspect of human being, cultural and historical ways of civilization. Nowadays, searching and finding out mostly perspective ways of human development became very actual in context of global problems. Today our civilization came to the new world, which we never felt yet. Everyone should look at it with the philosophical view, we should find out every problem, which could be leaded by new technologies, because if we won't do this, our descendants probably couldn't even exist.
In this article showed and analyzed trends of human development in context of human being. We consider the main aspects of the development of modern scientific and technological progress: the development of computer technology, robotics and the production of robots, the development of genetic engineering. Attention is drawn to a deeper philosophical understanding of the technologies being introduced.
The article discusses the conceptual and practical issues of the use of shift work in the development of the Arctic, the latent problems that have emerged, characteristic trends and the possibility of their solution in the implementation of large-scale projects for the gas field development. The study presents the results of the analysis of the main socio-psychological characteristics of the labor collectives of the gas fields of a large gas producing enterprise; the basic needs of shift personnel are studied; the key motivational determinants of gas field workers are identified depending on their age, and an assessment of their motivational environment is given. The socio-psychological conditions stimulating personnel for effective work in the context of generational differences were studied on the basis of the X, Y, Z theory (theory of N. Howe, W. Strauss). Based on a comparative analysis of the motivational preferences of employees of different generations, measures are proposed to increase the motivational potential and improve the socio-psychological aspects of shift personnel management.
In recent years, non-profit organizations have become of great importance not only in the system of providing social services to the population, but also as a full-fledged subject of socio-economic development of the territory. Ongoing projects, attracted grant resources, work with target groups, partnership with government and business determine the need not only to transform the functional activities of non-profit sector organizations, but also a system of value orientations that contribute to their formation as centers of social development in the territories. At the present stage, not all non-profit organizations have a real opportunity and resources to become a center of social development in the territory, but it can be overcome within the framework of network interaction during which there are an expansion of the resource base, technology exchange and professional development of the non-profit sector. This article presents the results of research of the non-profit sector of the Ural Federal District, based on which a system of values and activities of organizations has been formed.
The article is devoted to a sociological analysis of the issue of the functioning of trade union organizations in the labor system as elements of modern Russian civil society, which is relevant for sociology. The author examines the problem of the functioning of the parties of social partnership in society as a whole. The author considers the activities of trade unions in the context of the development of Russian civil society as a specific institution for the development of this society, which has certain social functions, as well as a competent partner in the labor sphere, capable of forming the foundations of social partnership and meeting the needs of the Russian labor society. The study presents practical ways to improve the system of social partnership on the part of trade unions, touches upon their main functions, provides practical examples of the achievements and problems of the trade union movement in the labor market. It is substantiated that the improvement of the system of social partnership is achievable only through the interaction of all participants in the format "Trade Union - Power - Employer".
Among all the priority areas for the development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, its comprehensive socio-economic development takes the first place. It is important to take into account not only economic indices, such as Gross Regional Product, average per capita income, the tension in the labor market, etc., but also indicators that reflect the socio-psychological well-being of the population. At the same time, we believe that it is crucial to take into account the current state of the socio-economic development of the region, city, a settlement based on statistical information, analysis of the development of the territory, as well as assessments by the population of their level and quality of life and their socio-psychological mood. In the article, we consider the socio-psychological well-being of the population in two aspects. Firstly, socio-psychological well-being reflects the objective parameters of the quality of life associated with the state of the socio-economic system of society, the level of infrastructure development, social security, and the scope of political rights. Secondly, socio-psychological well-being reflects an assessment of subjective well-being, including overall life satisfaction and social optimism. The article uses qualitative and quantitative methods of sociological research, which has been conducted by us in 2021 on the territory of Eastern Kazakhstan. The analysis of scientific literature, domestic and foreign practices of studying the socio-economic development of territories allowed us to develop and test tools for assessing the socio-psychological well-being of the population of Eastern Kazakhstan. It was also possible to identify factors that have a significant impact on determining the population's level and quality of life, which can serve as a basis for establishing priorities in planning the socio-economic development of the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
